The part nobody says out loud

Bad back. Bad knees.
Never set foot in a gym.
Turning eighty.

Every one of those sentences belongs to somebody who trains here now. So let's deal with the four reasons people put this off for another year.

01

I'd be the most out-of-shape person in the room.

There is no room full of people. This is an appointment-only private studio — no walk-ins, no membership crowd, and never more than five people with a trainer. Beginners aren't tolerated here, they're the specialty: almost every exercise has a beginner, intermediate and advanced version, and you're put in the one that fits.

“In the past, I've felt intimidated and embarrassed at other gyms, which is why I'm so grateful for the incredible environment established by Out Run Your Fork.” Michelle Boniface · Google review
02

My back — my knee, my shoulder — won't let me.

Injury Prevention and Post-PT Recovery is a named service here, not a disclaimer. Trainers program around what hurts while strengthening whatever caused it, and they work with people straight out of physical therapy every week. If you're worried about getting hurt, you are exactly who this studio was built for.

“Within a month you cured my back pain. That's something no one else had been able to do, not doctor nor trainer. I'm no longer living in fear of injuring my back.” Marc · Out Run Your Fork member
03

I can't commit to the same hour every single week.

Then don't. You're never locked into a slot — book any day, any time, from the scheduling app, and change your mind up to four hours before, instead of the 24 hours most gyms demand. Open 6am to 8pm on weekdays and both weekend days, which is more than almost anyone else in town.

“You don't need to call or text to make changes — you have full control.” From the studio's own booking policy
04

I've tried every diet going and nothing sticks.

That's the whole reason this place is called Out Run Your Fork. Tony is a Master Personal Trainer and a nutritionist, and nutrition coaching is included in every membership — built around the food you already eat, your schedule and your health history. Not a photocopied meal plan.

“You get 1:1 time with a nutritionist who will be with you every step of the way offering encouragement and recipes!” Dino Bavaro · Google review

Six ways in

Everything under
one roof.

Training, food and recovery are the same problem. Here they're handled by the same team, in the same building, on the same plan.

01

1-on-1 Personal Training

Private, fully customized, undivided attention. Your trainer builds the program around your goals, your history and your calendar — then tracks it and adjusts it as you change.

02

Shared Personal Training

Not a group class. Five people or fewer per trainer, each working at their own level — beginner, intermediate or advanced — for a fraction of the cost of private sessions. Anyone can start with any group, at any age.

Custom Nutrition Programming

Included in every membership. Nobody else has your taste buds, your schedule or your health concerns — so you get a plan built on the food you actually like, that adapts as your life does. It isn't a diet you finish.

04

Injury Prevention & Post-PT Recovery

For herniated discs, replaced shoulders, bad knees and the weeks right after physical therapy ends. We find what's actually causing the pain, train around it, and build the strength that stops it coming back.

Virtual & Online Training + Nutrition

The same coaches, over Zoom. For travel weeks, work-from-home lunch breaks and the January you don't want to drive anywhere. Same accountability, same check-ins, same nutrition plan.

Rehabilitative Massage Therapy

In-studio massage to release what training tightens up. Tension down, circulation up, soreness shorter — so the next session is better than the last one.

The name is the method

Train.
Eat.
Recover.

Three things decide whether this works. Most studios sell you one of them and wish you luck with the other two. Here they're one program and one bill.

01

Train like someone's watching your form

Because somebody is. Five people or fewer per trainer means the person coaching you can see your knees, your back and your face — and change the exercise before something goes wrong. Every session is programmed, tracked and different from the last one.

02

Eat in a way you can keep doing in March

Nutrition coaching is included from day one, not upsold in month three. Real science to work out what's driving the weight, then a plan around your food preferences, your genetics and your actual week. Plus check-in calls, monthly measurements and Zoom sessions, so it doesn't quietly fall apart between visits.

03

Recover so you're still doing this at eighty

Post-PT programming, injury-prevention work and in-studio rehabilitative massage. The goal was never a beach photo — it's carrying groceries, sleeping properly, getting off the floor, and needing the cane less and less.

Real people. Real results.

Five point zero.

“My clothes fit better and I feel better.”

“He is mindful of past problems or injuries and he focuses on strengthening those areas to reduce risk of injury in future. He's smart, knowledgable, funny and personable.”

When I met Tony, I was a recent widower. I was overweight, diabetic, and depressed. Tony helped me believe I could do it. It's not an overstatement to say he saved my life.

Getting started

Talk. Tour. Train.

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them. Nobody is going to chase you around a sales floor — this is a six-person studio, not a franchise.

Step 01

Talk to Tony

One phone call. You explain what you're trying to fix; we go through the options and give you an exact price right there on the phone.

  • Pricing before you ever walk in — no “come in and we'll discuss it”
  • Roughly ten minutes
  • You'll speak to an owner, not a call centre
Step 02

Come take a tour

A free Meet & Greet at the studio. See the space, meet the trainer you'd actually work with, and talk to the people already training here.

  • Free and no obligation
  • Appointment only, so there's no crowd watching
  • We'll build a schedule around your week
Step 03

Start training

Book your first session, any day, any time, straight from the app. Your nutrition plan starts the same week — it's included, not an add-on.

  • Never locked into a fixed weekly slot
  • Cancel with just four hours' notice
  • Check-in calls and monthly measurements between sessions

Ask us anything

The questions
people call
about.

If yours isn't here, it's a two-minute phone call.

How much does personal training cost?

We review all pricing and package options with you right over the phone, before you ever set foot in the studio. Pricing depends on whether you choose 1-on-1 Personal Training or the Shared Personal Training program — by talking it through first we can give you an exact quote, so you know precisely what to expect.

How often should I train?

Most of our Westfield clients see the best results training three to four days a week. But we customise that around your schedule, your goals and your budget — we'll build the schedule together at your Meet & Greet.

What are your hours?

Generally Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm — and we're one of the only personal training studios in Westfield open on both Saturdays and Sundays. The point is that you never have to stress over your calendar to get a session in.

Am I locked into the same appointment time every week?

No. You're never locked into a rigid slot. Book any day or time from the scheduling app, right from the palm of your hand — you don't need to call or text to make changes.

What's your cancellation policy?

Four hours' courtesy notice. Most gyms require 24. Life gets busy, and we'd rather you move a session than dread one.

I'm a beginner. Is there anything for people brand new to this?

Absolutely — we specialise in beginners. Because the system is customised, there's a beginner, intermediate and advanced version of almost every exercise. You'll never be thrown into a workout you aren't ready for.

I don't like big commercial gyms. How is this different?

Out Run Your Fork is a private personal training studio, not a big-box gym.

  • Appointment only — no random crowds, nobody walking in off the street
  • Clean and private — immaculate, energetic, never overcrowded
  • Community — you'll know the staff, and they'll know you by name
What exactly do you offer?

More than a gym — a complete solution. Our certified trainers specialise in weight loss, injury prevention and recovery, pre- and post-natal fitness, and longevity training for “seasoned” adults.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training — private and fully customised
  • Shared Personal Training — a personal trainer's attention with five people or fewer in the room, at a fraction of private cost
  • Custom Nutrition Counselling — included in all memberships, built around the food you love
  • Members-only cardio room — before or after your session
I usually hate working out. How do you make it fun?

Read the reviews. People stay because of the atmosphere — effective training in a high-energy, supportive room where the trainers have been known to dress up in theme. The best way to find out is to book a Meet & Greet, talk to the trainers and chat to the members.
